12 x Garlic cloves
1 tb Vinegar(white)
1 ts Salt

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor bowl and chop to a
fine mash. Place in a tightly sealed glass jar and store in refrigerator.
Keeps well. Great for garlic bread, or any recipe calling for mashed
garlic.
