1 pn Vanilla ice cream
1/4 c Apple, banana (or any kind)
-- 1/4" dice
1/4 c Pineapple; 1/4" dice
1/4 c Mango; 1/4" dice
1/8 c Loquats; or lychee, 1/4" dic
3 tb Coconut; toasted
2 tb Macadamia nuts; chopped fine
1/4 c Dark chocolate chips
1 c Whipping cream; whipped

cream soften under refrigeration for 1 to 2 hours. In a mixer with paddle
add ice cream on slow speed quickly mix in all fruit, nuts, and chocolate.
Fold in whipped cream and freeze at once.

Makes 4 servings.
