Title: Maureen's Beef Curry Categories: New, Text, Import Yield: 1 Servings 1 lb Stew or fondue beef; cut -into 1"cubes 2 tb Curry powder 1 oz Unsweetened chocolate 1/4 c Molasses 1/4 c Tomato sauce 1 qt Orange juice; (or more) Salt & pepper; to taste 3 tb Oil Brown stew meat in oil. When meat is lightly browned add curry and continue browning. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer about 1 hour, continuing to add juice (water or orange juice) as needed. A pressure cooker or crock pot can be used to hasten stirring.
