2 c Flour
1 c Sugar
2 ts Soda
1 c Mayonnaise
1 ts Vanilla
4 tb Cocoa
1 c Cold water

-----------------------------------ICING-----------------------------------
1 Box (1-lb) powdered sugar
1 Stick butter; melted
4 tb Cocoa
Sweet milk to thin

Mix all dry cake ingredients & add mayonnaise, water & vanilla, mixing
well. Pour into greased & floured 9x13-inch pan & bake at 350 for 25
minutes. ICING: Mix dry ingredients. Add butter & milk until desired
thickness. Beat & spread over cake.
