Title: Meat Loaf with Cranberry Sauce Glaze Categories: New, Text, Import Yield: 1 Servings 1 Egg 1/2 c Milk 1 lb Ground beef 1/2 lb Hot pork sausage 1/3 c Quick cooking oats 1 Onion chopped 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper 1 sm Bell pepper, chopped 1/2 c Ketchup -----------------------------------GLAZE----------------------------------- 1 cn (lg.) whole berry cranberry -sauce 1/2 c Brown sugar 1 tb Lemon juice Beat egg and milk together, add remaining ingredients, mix well. Place in 9 x 13 inch loaf pan. Mix glaze ingredients and pour over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove loaf and skim off fat.
