1/2 lb Ground beef
1 Medium-sized onion; chopped
1 cn (14.5-oz) whole tomatoes;

1 cn (15-oz) red Kidney beans
1 cn (7- to 8-oz) kernel corn
1 cn (8-oz) tomato sauce
2 ts Chili powder
1 1/2 c Water
Crushed tortilla chips for
-topping (optional)

In a large saucepan, brown beef with onion. Stir in remaining ingredients
and simmer for about 30 minutes. Serve topped with crushed tortilla chips.

Note: (optional) Add 1/2 teaspoon cumin and a few shakes of hot pepper
sauce to heat it up.
