Title: Mexican Cheese Puffs Categories: Appetizers, Breads, Cheese, Ethnic, Mexican Yield: 1 Servings 1 c Bisquickr baking mix 3 tb Margarine; soft 3 tb Green chiles; chopped 1 Egg 1 c Shredded cheddar cheese Heat oven to 400ø Grease cookie sheet. Mix baking mix, margarine, chilies, and egg in medium bowl. Stir in cheese. Drop dough by rounded teaspoon about 1 inch apart onto cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes til golden brown.
