-mix
1 Egg
1 c Milk
1 cn Creamed corn
1 c Cottage cheese
1/4 c Jalapeno peppers; finely
-chopped
8 sl Cheddar cheese (thick)

Mix the first five ingredients together. Pour 1/2 of the batter into
greased 9"x13"x2" pan. Place 8 thick slices of cheddar cheese evenly over
the batter and top with the finely chopped jalapeno peppers. Pour remaining
batter over the filling. Bake 30 minutes in a 425 degree oven. Me ke aloha,
