Title: Mexican Green Beans Categories: Side dish Yield: 6 Servings 1 tb Vegetable oil 1 lb Green beans, trimmed 1 lg Onion, chopped 2 Garlic cloves, minced 1 cn RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes and -Green Chilies (10 oz) 2 ts Basil Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon In a large skillet, saute beans, onion and garlic in hot oil until beans are tender-crisp.
