Mexican Won Tons
Title: Mexican Won Tons Categories: Appetizers, Posted Yield: 12 Servings 12 Won-Ton Wrappers 4 oz Pepper Jack Cheese 1/2 sm Avocado 1 ts Lemon Juice 1/8 ts Salt 12 Leaves Fresh Cilantro Preheat oven to 425. Press a won ton wrapper into each of 12 miniature muffin tins. Cut the cheese into 12 cubes and place 1 cube in each pastry cup. Bake for 6 to 9 minutes, until the cheese melts and the pastry is golden brown and crisp. Meanwhile, peel the avocado and mash the flesh with a fork. Stif in the lemon juice and salt. When the won tons are done, remove to serving tray and top each with a dollop of guacamole and a cilantro leaf.
