Mexicana Brunch Pie
Title: Mexicana Brunch Pie Categories: Pies, Brunches & Yield: 6 Servings 5 Eggs; beaten 2 tb Butter or margarine; melted 1/4 c Flour 1/2 ts Baking powder 8 oz Cream style cottage cheese 2 c Shredded monterey jack -cheese 4 oz Chopped green chilies; -drained Combine first 4 ingredients in mixing bowl; beat well at medium speed of mixer. Stir in remaining ingredients, and pour into well greased 9 inch pie plate. Brake at 400°F for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350°F, and bake about 20 minutes or until set. Cut into wedges to serve.
