Mexitalian Lasagna
Title: Mexitalian Lasagna Categories: Pasta, Mexican, Cheese, Sausage Yield: 8 Servings ---------------------------------BILLS20086--------------------------------- 1 lb Hot sausage; cook, crumble 15 oz Hormel chili, no beans 16 oz Picante sauce; -=OR=- salsa 3/4 c Parmesan cheese 1 1/2 ts Italian seasoning 1 1/2 c Cottage cheese 1 1/2 ts Dried parsley flakes 9 Lasagna noodles; cooked 2 1/2 c Mozzarella cheese; shredded Vegetable cooking spray Heat oven to 350~. In large bowl, combine sausage, chili, picante sauce, parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning; stir together. In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese and parsley flakes. Spray a 9x9" baking dish with vegetable spray. Layer noodles, cottage cheese, sausage mix and mozzarella cheese; repeat to make three layers. Bake 25-30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
