Title: Microwave Cornbread

Yield: 1 Servings

1 1/4 c Flour
3/4 c Corn meal
1/4 c Sugar
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Milk
1/4 c Oil
1 Egg; beaten

Combine dry ingredients. Stir in milk, oil, and egg, mixing just until dry
ingredients are moistened. Pour batter into ungreased 9" glass pie plate.
Cook on high for 5 - 6 minutes. (Rotate after 2 minutes if oven isn't
rotating type) Let stand for 5 minutes and serve.

Also can be baked in conventional oven at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes in a
greased pan.
