2 c Sugar
4 tb Cocoa
4 tb Flour
2 c Evaporated milk
1 Stick butter or margarine
2 tb Oil
1/4 ts Salt

Mix sugar, cocoa & flour together. Add the remaining ingredients & blend.
Bring to a boil in microwave. Let cook until desired thickness.
