2 c Milk
3 tb Honey, malt syrup OR
1/4 c Brown sugar
3 tb Cornstarch
1 tb Vanilla

Combine milk, sweetner and cornstarch in a 2-qt dish. Cook at high power
for 7 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes, then after each minute. Remove
from oven and add vanilla.
