Middle Eastern Lamb Meatballs
Title: Middle Eastern Lamb Meatballs Categories: Lamb Yield: 1 Servings 1 1/2 lb Ground lamb 1/2 c Onion; minced 1/2 c Fresh parsley; minced 3 tb Flour 3 tb Red wine; (or water) 1 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Freshly ground pepper 1/2 ts Allspice 1/4 ts Cinnamon 1/4 ts Cayenne pepper Recipe by: "Roberta K.
