Mini Lobster Rolls
Title: Mini Lobster Rolls Categories: Appetizers/, Seafood Yield: 1 Servings 1 Stick butter 8 ounces processed Cheddar -cheese 1 pk (1 pound) langostino 1 Loaf white bread slices Melt butter and cheese in pan. Add langostino after rinsing in cold water and draining throughly. Cut edges off bread. Place 1 tablespoon of mixture on each slice of bread and roll up jelly-roll fashion. Secure with toothpicks; at this point they can be refrigerated. When ready to eat, bake at 400, until golden brown..Slice each roll in half before serving. NOTES : Makes 26 rolls.
