Mint Chutney
Title: Mint Chutney Categories: Relishes Yield: 6 Servings 1 lb Ripe tomatoes 2 c Sugar 12 sm Onions 1 1/3 c Seeded raisins 2 ts Dry mustard 1 lb Tart apples 3 lg Sweet peppers 1/2 c Chopped mint leaves 3 c Vinegar 1 ts Salt Scald and peel tomatoes. Chop vegetables and fruit. Add mint. Scald and cool vinegar. Add mustard, salt, and sugar. Combine with chopped ingredients. Mix until well blended. Let stand 10 days, stirring occasionally.
