Mint Glazed Lamb
Title: Mint Glazed Lamb Categories: Meats Yield: 1 Servings 5 lb Leg of lamb Salt & pepper 1 Jar (10 oz) mint flavored Apple jelly 1/2 c Dry white wine 2 tb Butter 2 tb Brown sugar 1 ts Grated lemon peel 1/2 ts Dry mustard 3 Bananas (cut in large Chunks) Sprinkle lamb with salt & pepper. Roast in 350 oven for 3 hours. Meanwhile, combine mint jelly, wine, butter, brown sugar, lemon peel & mustard in saucepan; simmer 5 minutes. Baste lamb with sauce during last hour of roasting.
