Title: Miss Mary Willard's Cheese Pudding Categories: Eggs Yield: 4 Servings 2 Eggs; well beaten 1/4 c Milk 18 Soda crackers; finely rolled 1/2 lb Cheddar cheese; grated 1/4 ts Salt 1 1/2 c Milk Combine eggs, crackers, and 1/4 cup milk. Let stand a few minutes. Add cheese, salt and 1-1/2 cups milk. Stir. Butter a 1 quart casserole. Pour mixture into casserole. Bake at 350ø for 50 minutes. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
