1 16" Dessert Pizza Shell,
-prebaked
2 c Ricotta cheese
1/2 c Confectioners' sugar
1/2 c Almonds, sliced/toasted
1 ts Almond extract

----------------------------------TOPPING----------------------------------
2 c Mixed berries
1/2 c Seedless raspberry jam,
-heated

Blend ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, almonds and almond extract; spread
over cooled crust, leaving a border around the edges. Top ricotta mixture
with berries and brush with warm raspberry jam. Serve chilled or room
temperature.
