Title: Mixed Green Salad with Dijon-Tarragon Dressin

1 Head romaine lettuce
2 Heads boston lettuce
2 c Escarole -- or chicory
Greens
4 tb Lowfat mayonnaise
4 tb Nonfat yogurt -- plain
4 tb Dijon mustard
4 tb Tarragon

Rinse greens, pat dry and tear into bite-size pieces. Place in a large
bowl. In a separate bowl, whick together remaining ingred. dor dressing.
Just before serving, pour dressing over greens and toss until evenly
coated.
