Title: Mocha Pudding for Passover Categories: Passover, Desserts, Puddings Yield: 6 Servings 5 ts Instant coffee 1/2 c Boiling water 2 1/2 c Milk 1/4 c Potato starch 2/3 c Sugar 1/8 ts Salt 3 oz Chocolate, chopped Mix coffee and boiling water; add milk. Stir potato starch, sugar and salt in top of double boiler. Slowly stir in milk mixture; add chocolate. Place over boiling water; stir until blended (about 4 minutes).
