Title: Mock Lobster Dip

4 Hard boiled eggs
4 sl Cheese; chopped fine
1/8 c Onion; chopped fine
1/2 Jar (small) pimeinto
1 tb Mayonnaise to moisten
Salt & pepper to taste

Mash eggs & stir in remaining ingredients. Must be made ahead to blend all
flavors. Serve on crackers.
