Title: Molasses Popcorn with Peanuts Categories: Candy, Gifts, Popped corn Yield: 1 Servings 1/2 c Sugar 2/3 c Dark Molasses 1/3 c Water 1 tb Vinegar 1/4 c Salt 1 tb Margarine 1/8 ts Baking Soda 5 c Popped; Corn 1 1/2 c Peanuts; Shelled 1. Mix sugar,molasses, water, vinegar, and salt; cook until syrup becomes brittle when a little is tried in cold water (270 degrees on a candy thermometer). 2. Add margarine and baking soda. 3.
