Title: Mona's Salmon and Corn Casserole

2 Eggs
1/2 c Half-and-half
1 ts Onion -- instant minced
1/8 ts Pepper
1 cn Corn -- whole kernel(12oz)
1 cn Salmon -- drained(7.75oz)
3 oz Cheddar cheese -- shredded

1. Beat eggs in a medium-size bowl; add remaining ingredients except
cheese. 2. Mix well. 3. Pour into a well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole;
sprinkle with cheese. 4. Bake in preheated 350'F. oven 45 to 50 minutes, or
until firm.
