Mongolian Barbecued Lamb or Beef
Title: Mongolian Barbecued Lamb or Beef Categories: Chinese, Beef, Lamb, Ceideburg 2 Yield: 1 Servings 2 lb Boneless lamb or beef 2 Or 3 leeks or scallions 2 Or 3 stalks Chinese parsley -(coriander) 3 tb Light soy sauce 2 ts Sugar 2 tb Mashed fermented bean cake 2 tb Sherry Slice meat into very thin slices about 4 inches long.
