2 1/4 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Sugar
2/3 c Butter, softened
2 Eggs, beaten
2 Bananas, mashed (use over
-ripe)

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar - mix well. Add butter and
mix well. Add rest of ingredients and mix. Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie
sheet. Bake in preheated 400 oven for 12 minutes. Makes approx 3 dozen
cookies.
