Title: Mother's Swedish Spritz Cookies

Yield: 4 Servings

2 c Butter
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 Egg
1 ts Vanilla
4 1/2 c Flour

Cream butter and sugar together thoroughly. Add the egg, flavoring, or
flavorings, and flour. Use star disk with cookie press and shape dough into
small wreaths. Bake at 400 for 7 to 10 minutes. Cookies should be set, but
not brown.
