Muffin Snacks
Title: Muffin Snacks Categories: Appetizers, Sandwiches, Jaw Yield: 1 Party 1 pk English muffins 1 c Sliced ripe olives 1/2 c Thin sliced green onion 1 1/2 c Grated Cheddar or Swiss Cheese 1/2 c Mayonnaise 1/4 ts Salt Garlic powder to taste Split muffins in half and toast. Mix together all ingredients and spread on muffins. Cut each half into 4 pieces. Place under broiler until hot and bubbly. To serve snacks as a luncheon sandwich, leave in halves and serve with soup and a green salad.
