3 tb Cracked Wheat; (use Wheatena
Cereal)
3/4 c Rye flour
2 c Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 c CornMeal
3 tb Wheat Germ
1 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Bread Flour
4 tb Molasses
3 tb Olive Oil
3 tb Oat Bran
1/2 c Sourdough Starter
2 c Warm Water
2 tb Gluten
-- Yields 1 Loaf

Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "White Bread".
Press "Start".
