Title: Multiple Pie Crust Recipe

------------------------------------MIX------------------------------------
4 c Crisco
12 c Sifted flour
2 tb Salt

Sift flour and salt into large bowl. Cut in shortening until it is the
consistency of cornmeal and small peas. Store in air-tight container or jar
in a cool place. Will keep for weeks! see below:

yield - 18 cups of mix (enough for 6-8 pies) Source - Swift'nin shortening
can (years ago)

TO MAKE CRUSTS:

9" crust - mix 1 and 1/2 cup dry mix with 2-3 Tablespns cold water

for a 2 crust pie - use 2 and 1/2 cups dry mix and 3-4 Tablspns water
