Title: Mushroom Soup #1 Categories: Soup Yield: 4 Servings 15 Dried black mushrooms Mushroom soaking liquid 5 c Stock 1 ts Salt 1. Soak dried mushrooms; reserve soaking liquid. Cut in half if large. 2. Place mushrooms in a deep, heatproof bowl. In a saucepan, bring mushroom-soaking liquid and stock to a boil. Pour over mushrooms. 3.
