Mustard Dip
Title: Mustard Dip Categories: Appetizers, Spreads Yield: 1 Cup 1/2 c Sour cream 1/2 c Plain yogurt 1 tb Finely chopped fresh parsley 1 ts Onion powder 1/2 ts Garlic salt 1 tb Dijon mustard Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with meatballs, cocktail sausages or fresh vegetables if desired. 20 calories per tablespoon.
