2 Hard-cooked eggs
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Sugar
1 ts Black pepper
1 tb Mr. Mustard; (hot is best)
2 Cloves garlic; minced
5 tb Heavy cream or sour cream
1/4 c Wine vinegar
1/2 c Olive oil

Put into a blender or processor in the order listed. Serve on salads that
go well with lamb dishes.
