My Easy Spaghetti Sauce
Title: My Easy Spaghetti Sauce Categories: Gravies and, Ground beef Yield: 6 Servings 1 lb Ground beef 1 md Onion; chopped 3 md Garlic cloves; minced 6 oz Tomato paste 1 tb Oregano; dry 1/4 ts Red pepper flakes 1 ts Salt 42 1/2 oz Italian tomatoes; stewed Water; to consistency Brown ground beef, and drain in a colander. While in colander, rise with hot water to help reduce fat. Put back in pot and add the rest of the ingredients, and enough water for the desired consistency. This is my simple recipe; you can add green peppers, mushrooms, zuchini, or what ever you like. Let simmer at least 20 min. Serve over spaghetti.
