1 lb Hamburger
1 1/2 ts Garlic salt
2 sm Boiling onions; peeled and
-cut up.
1 Beef bullion cube
2 qt Water
4 Potatoes; peeled and cubed
-(up to 5)
4 Carrots; washed and cut into
-small pieces (up to 5)
1 qt Tomatoes.
1/2 sm Head of cabbage; shredded
1 cn (8 oz) of mushrooms
1 ts Basil

brown meat and onions in large pot, add garlic salt, bullion cube and
water. add potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, cabbage and musrooms. Cook till all
vegetables are tender. add basil and stir, cook 5 minutes longer. This
recipe can be frozen.
