Title: Nacho Nachos Categories: Appetizers, Mexican Yield: 8 Servings 1 cn (16oz) Old El Paso fat free -refried beans 3/4 c Old El Paso thick and chunky -salsa Tortilla chips 8 oz (2 cups) shredded cheese Old El Paso pickled jalapeno -slices, if desired Combine refried beans and salsa; mix well. Arrange tortilla chips in a single layer on large microwave-safe platter. Spread 1/2 of bean mixture on chops. Top with 1 cup cheese and desired amount of jalapeno slices. Microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until cheese is melted, rotating plate 1/4 turn halfway through cooking. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Makes 8 servings. Typed by "Essie" Ethel R.
