Title: Nappa Cabbage Salad Categories: Salad Yield: 8 Servings 3/4 c Almonds; sliced 2 pk Ichiban Noodles (beef -flavour); broken up 6 tb Margarine 1 c Oil 1/2 c White sugar 1/2 c Vinegar 1 tb Soya sauce 1/2 ts Salt (I omit this; but the -choice is yours) 2 Beef flavour packets from -the noodles 1 Head suey choy or nappa -cabbage 1 bn Green onions From: Elaine Andersen Date: Sun, 7 Jul 1996 18:29:05 -0700 Chop the cabbage fine and mix the onion, set aside. Saute the almonds and broken up noodles with the margarine in a fry pan. Cool. Combine the next 6 ingredients and refrigerate. Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
