Title: Nell's Own Spicy White Bean Dip Categories: Appetizers Yield: 8 Servings 1/2 c Fresh parsley leaves 1/3 c Fresh cilantro leaves 1/4 c Chopped green onions 1/2 ts Chili powder 1/2 ts Ground cumin 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Crushed coriander 1/4 ts Pepper 2 Cloves garlic 2 tb Fresh lemon juice 1 tb Plain nonfat yogurt 15 oz Cannellini beans or other -white beans, (1 can) -drained Place all ingredients in food processor, and process until smooth. Yield: 2 cups (serving size: 1/4 cup).
