Title: New Age Stuffed Cabbage Rolls Categories: Main dish, Londontowne Yield: 4 Servings 8 Cabbage leaves, lg 1 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 c Onion, finely chopped 1 lb Ground beef 1 cn Tomato soup 1/4 ts Pepper 1 cn Tomato and rice soup 2 Eggs, beaten 1 1/2 c Crispix Cereal, crushed Garlic salt, dash 1 pk Lipton Italian Herb with -Tomato soup mix Cook leaves in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain. Combine beef, crushed Crispix onion, eggs, soup mix and seasonings. Mix very well. Shape meat mixture into 8 rolls; wrap cabbage leaves around securely. Pour 1 can condensed tomato soup into skillet. Add cabbage rolls. Cover, bring to boil. Simmer 35 minutes, spooning sauce over rolls occasionally.
