2 Eggs
2 c Sugar
1 c Veg. oil
1 ts Vanilla
2 c Flour
2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Baking soda
1 1/2 ts Water
1 c Chopped walnuts; (optional)
4 c Apples peeled colored
-chopped about 4 medium
-apples
2 tb Powdered sugar

In large bowl beat eggs sugar oil and vanilla until smooth Blend together
flour cinnamon and salt Add flour mix to egg mix; blend well Dissolve
baking soda in water, add to batter Add nuts (optional) and apples Spoon
batter into greased 9²x13² baking pan Bake at 350° about 55 min. or until
toothpick inserted in center comes out clean Dust with powdered sugar when
cool.
