Title: New Red Potato Salad (Gardenburger)

12 Red new potatoes; cooked as
-noted
1/4 c Balsamic vinegar
1/4 c Extra virgin olive oil
2 bn Green onions; thinly sliced,
-white and green parts of
1 tb Fresh dill; chopped
2 Dill pickles; finely chopped
1 ts Cracked black pepper

Quarter the cooked, chilled new potatoes. Dress with vinegar, oil, herbs,
onions, pickles and black pepper. Stir until completely mixed. Chill and
serve.

Notes: Simmer the small potatoes whole until just barely tender; chill.
