Title: Nick's Sugar Cookies

Yield: 5 Dozen +/-

1 c Sugar
1 c Shortening
2 Eggs
2 1/2 c Flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Cream of tartar
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla

Mix all ingredients together. Form into balls. Flatten with a glass
bottom dipped in sugar. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes on an ungreased
cookie sheet.
