Title: Old South Buttermilk Pie

Yield: 1 Servings

1/3 c Butter; softened
1 1/2 c Sugar
2/3 c Buttermilk
1 pn Salt
2 tb Flour
2 Eggs; beaten
1 ts Vanilla extract

Cream butter and sugar. Add buttermilk, salt, flour, eggs, and vanilla.

Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle top lightly with nutmeg and bake
about 1 hour at 300'. Pie is done when knife inserted in center comes out
clean
