Title: Onion Chicken Casserole Categories: Casserole, Chicken Yield: 6 Servings 1 pk (10 ounces) frozen broccoli -cuts 1/2 c Chopped sweet onions 1 c Grated cheddar cheese 2 Eggs; slightly beaten 1/2 c Mayonnaise 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup 1 Soup can water 3/4 c Converted rice; uncooked 1/2 c Sliced mushrooms 6 Chicken breasts; (boneless, -if desired) Paprika Cook onions with broccoli according to package directions; drain. Mix together the next 7 ingredients. Add broccoli and onions and stir. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan and place chicken on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
