Title: Open Face Turkey and Chutney Sandwiches Categories: None Yield: 4 Servings 6 oz Cream cheese; softened 3 tb Mango chutney; chopped 1/2 ts Curry powder; up to 1 4 Bays english muffins; split, -lightly toasted Baby lettuce leaves 1/2 lb Sliced cooked turkey 8 sl Tomato; halved 8 sl English cucumber; halved Combine cream cheese, chutney and curry powder; spread on toasted muffins. Top with lettuce. Alternate slices of turkey, tomato and cucumber; garnish with a dollop of spread and cucumber. Notes: Cream cheese punctuated with the mild heat of mango chutney and curry powder makes an intriguing partner for leftover turkey breast and cool tomato and cucumber slices.
