1 cn (20 oz) pineapple tidbits,
-drained
1 cn (16 oz) sliced peaches,
-drained
1 cn (12 oz) mandarin orange
-sections, drained
2 Bananas, sliced
1 md Apple, chopped
1 pk (3 oz) instant vanilla
-pudding mix
1 1/2 Cups milk
1/3 c Frozen orange juice
-concentrate
3/4 c Sour cream

In a large salad bowl, combine fruits; set aside. In a small mixing bowl,
beat pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate for 2 minutes. Add sour
cream; mix well. Spoon over fruit; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for
2 hours.
