1 md Orange, peeled and chopped
1 sm Serrano chili, seeded and
-chopped
1/2 c Chopped peeled jicama
1/4 c Chopped tomatillos
1/4 c Chopped red onion
2 tb Chopped fresh cilantro or
-parsley
1 tb Lime juice
1 ts Honey
1/4 ts Salt

Mix all ingredients in nonmetal bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour
to blend flavors.

Makes about 2 cups salsa.
