Title: Orange-Chocolate Mint Ice Cream

1 Box (small) macaroon
-cookies; crushed
1 cn (small) frozen orange juice
1/2 ga Chocolate mint ice cream (or
-half chocolate ice cream
-and half peppermint ice
-cream; mixed together)

Mix the macaroons and orange juice together well. Mix orange soaked cookies
and ice cream together until well mixed. Repack into container and freeze
overnight. Serve on additional cookies or as is.
